Accurately operate Point of Sales System (register) using various functions such as cash and credit card transactions

Review monthly Revenue Sheet to ensure all placements have properly delivered per the IO and revenue has been appropriately recognized

Acquire proper internal and client approvals to process documents for optimizations, revisions, makegoods, cancellations and renewals

Research user data and audience metrics via research tools such as AdRelevance, @Plan, Digimine, Hoovers, for preparing proposals as needed

Be aware of daily sales targets and performance against them

Deliver excellent CARE selling to customers and demonstrate strong salesfloor awareness

Support achievement of sales goals including plan, comparison, credit card and other Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Assist management team in building brand awareness and promoting Company image through partnerships and activities within the community, the shopping center in which the Store is located and by supporting and executing grassroots marketing activities

Work respectfully and cooperatively with customers, co-workers, supervisor, corporate and Company representatives

Participate in selling, visual execution, marketing and sale set ups, store maintenance as assigned by supervisor

Ability to respond with a sense of urgency in a fast paced, sales-driven culture

Basic knowledge of online research and news products is preferred but not necessary

Experience with Financial Markets or Public Relations is a plus

Articulate and intelligent, with highly developed presentation skills

Interest in fashion and retail sales

Ability to approach and engage in conversation with customers

Qualifications for sales associate

• Be passionate in fashion industry
• Pleasant, outgoing and eager to interact with different levels of customers
• Exceptional communication skills both verbal, written and multiple lingual skills a plus
• Bi-lingual Cantonese or Mandarin preferred
• Prior retail sales experience in Womens Shoes in a high-end or specialty retail store
• Multilingual speaking ability in Japanese, Mandarin or Korean preferred but not required
